Shipping Policy

  1. Which carriers do you use for shipping?
    All orders placed on FoliareSkin.com are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL, ensuring the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location.
  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping and billing addresses are not currently supported.
  3. What are your order processing times?
    Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
    • Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
    • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
  4. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
    Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. If an address change is needed, contact info@foliareskin.com immediately. While we will make every effort to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  5. What are your shipping rates?
    • Complimentary shipping on orders over $65 (after discounts, excluding taxes).
    • A $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $65 for standard ground shipping.
    • Expedited 2-day shipping is available for a $14.95 fee.
  6. How will I know when my order has shipped?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from tracking@shipstation.com with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Returns & Replacements

We value you as a customer, and your satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not accept general returns due to the nature of our products, we are happy to replace any item that is damaged during shipping.

We want you to love every Foliare product you receive. If you experience any concerns with your order, please reach out—we’re here to help!

  1. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@foliareskin.com with:
    1. A brief description of the issue
    2. A photo of the damaged product
    We will promptly send a replacement if the item is deemed unusable.
  2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges (except in cases of damaged items as noted above).
  3. What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
    For missing or incorrect items, please email info@foliareskin.com with your order number. We will ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
  4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. If you no longer want your order, please refer to our Returns & Replacements policy above.
